Claws are already precooked and need to be thawed before serving. You can store them in the fridge for up to 5 days, once thawed.
Follow the steps below to prepare our Jonah crab claws:
1. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours
2. Try and keep your table clean by laying out a tablecloth or newspapers
3. Grab a crab mallet or hammer and crack the claws over the tablecloth/newspapers
4. Remove any shells and dip claws in your favorite sauce or butter to enjoy
