The kit starts with two pounds of sweet Bay Scallops (frozen). Small 60/80 sizing makes these scallops the perfect bite-size for a scallop roll.
We then add a generous portion of our decadent White Truffle Tarragon Butter (10 oz.), handmade in small batches in our Portland, ME kitchen.

How to make the best scallop roll:
1. Start by slowly melting your White Truffle Tarragon Butter
2. Keep butter on the burner; medium heat
3. Sauté scallops in your butter
4. Set aside once cooked to the desired level
5. Brown your New England Split-Top Rolls
6. Tuck cooked scallops into rolls
7. Drizzle remaining White Truffle Tarragon Butter over rolls
8. Take a bite and let your tastebuds shoot to cloud-nine!
